The challenge

Modern parenting is a relentless juggle. Mothers face a daily marathon of running their homes, balancing careers, and nurturing their little ones.

Being a mom means doing overtime on your full time, but where’s Her time?

Three illustrated women in stylish outfits, each holding a small clutch purse, standing side by side against a plain background.

The solution

We captured this chaos to show how HOP lifts the weight off a mother’s shoulders, evolving from an arcade into an ecosystem that nurtures her children and makes time for her.

We co-wrote a script that leaned into this joyful chaos, taking it to screen—developing storyboards, scene layouts & character designs that reflected HOP’s playful and nurturing tone.

Storyboarding images depicting a cartoon woman with multiple arms holding activity icons, a map of Kolkata with travel routes, children and a woman planning, a door leading to a house of Pepe with zoomed-in transition, and a mushroom-shaped house.
Collection of six cartoon-style mushroom houses with expressive doors and windows, varying in shape and size, set on small patches of land.
Four cartoon houses with mushroom-shaped roofs in different colors, each in a different background setting. Top left is a house with a green roof and white spots, surrounded by greenery and blue sky. Top right is a blue house with a frog face, set against a cityscape with tall buildings. Bottom left is a purple house with a yellow door, backdropped by a city skyline. Bottom right is a red house with a pink roof, also with city buildings in the background.

Son

Energetic and friendly, loves doing activities throughout the day.

Six cartoon-style children's faces with different hairstyles, glasses, and expressions, arranged in two rows.
Three cartoon boys standing side by side, wearing sports shirts with a basketball logo, shorts, and sneakers. The first boy on the left is depicted in black and white, the middle boy is in color, and the boy on the right is also in color but with slightly different hairstyle and facial features.

Mom

A tech-savvy, multitasking dynamo who holds her phone in one hand and her kid's world in the other.

Her to-do lists may be endless, but so is the love that anchors every Slack ping, packed lunch & and bedtime story.

A woman shown in three versions: grayscale sketch, color illustration, and a more detailed colored illustration. She has brown hair, wears a sleeveless blouse with black and white patterns, black wide-leg pants, and white shoes. She holds a small red clutch bag and wears a watch, earrings, and a necklace.
A woman with long brown hair and a concerned expression standing with a young boy and a friendly-looking dinosaur in a park with city buildings in the background.
A cartoon illustration of a house shaped like a frog with big eyes on top, set against a cityscape background with trees and a sign that reads 'House of Pepe'.

Logo for 'House of Pepe' featuring stylized text with a frog illustration on top of the word 'House'.
